Dr. Sasha Kassai, Psy.D.

Dr. Sasha Kassai, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in California (PSY 33101) with a specialization in treating and evaluating adults with co-occurring cognitive and psychological problems such as obsessive-compulsive disorders, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, body image issues, and perfectionism.  She is the Co-Founder of My Counseling Psychotherapy Group.

Dr. Kassai earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University. She thereafter completed her training at an APA-Accredited internship treating individuals diagnosed with severe mental health issues. Additionally, she has experience in forensic settings evaluating and treating individuals with a dual diagnosis committed at the Orange County Juvenile Recovery Court.

Dr. Kassai uses an integrative approach to therapy and has helped many individuals who struggled with OCD to regain their quality of life. Dr. Kassai is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association.
